Thursday 9th of November was the date for the on-line opening of this exciting exhibition, focussing on the diversity of style and techniques utilised by contemporary Aboriginal Artists. The show was held in the Dixson Library on campus at the University of New England in Armidale.
I was approached by Bronwyn Coulston, Manager of The Shoalhaven Regional Gallery, (Nowra NSW) in March 2020 to curate an exhibition of a collective of yet to be selected Aboriginal artist’s individual responses to the previous 250 years of British Colonisation, first commencing when Captain James Cook sailed up along the south coast of NSW.
Late in 2019 I was approached to by Ms Kylie Knight, representing Bomaderry Community Inc. to consider creating a design for a new mural which was to be painted onto the front of the recently built Bomaderry Indoor Sporting Complex.
During August and September 2019 I was selected to submit designs that were to be utilised by Transport for NSW to embellish a number of Infrastructure Cabinets along the North Shore Bus Route, stretching from Neutral Bay out to Mona Vale.
