I was approached by Bronwyn Coulston, Manager of The Shoalhaven Regional Gallery, (Nowra NSW) in March 2020 to curate an exhibition of a collective of yet to be selected Aboriginal artist’s individual responses to the previous 250 years of British Colonisation, first commencing when Captain James Cook sailed up along the south coast of NSW.

“Back to Burra Bee Dee” is visually portraying the history and development of a “parcel of land” that was bequeathed to the Aboriginal people living in and around the township of Coonabarabran in north western New South Wales.
